Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Natural Escapes, LLC primarily ships orders through USPS, but we reserve the right to select another carrier when appropriate based on cost, delivery time, destination, package size, or other shipping considerations. Customers are not able to select the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated or displayed at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Natural Escapes, LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

Natural Escapes, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment.
